Dr. Naomi J. Levy was born in Brooklyn, New York. Her father was employed in the oil industry, so she spent her childhood in different parts of the world including South Africa, New York, Bahrain, and Dallas.She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin. In 1995, she attended medical school at UT-Houston.

After earning her medical degree in 1999, she remained at UT-Houston to complete her Pediatric Internship and Residency training. She rotated at various hospitals including Hermann Children’s Hospital, LBJ Hospital, and MD Anderson Hospital. She also had the opportunity to spend a month in Santiago, Chile, rotating in a pediatric ward and improving her Spanish language skills. Dr. Levy and her husband Mike have 2 sons Jake and Alex and one daughter named Sarah. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, running, and spending time outdoors with her family.
